Network Primetime Debut on Criminal Minds!

March 22, 2010

I shot my role on CRIMINAL MINDS last Friday!!!  This was my 1st job on network primetime, and I had a BLAST !  The episode (“…A Thousand Words”) was directed by the wonderful ROSEMARY RODGRIGUEZ, and written by one of the coolest people I’ve met, Executive Producer, EDWARD ALLEN BERNERO.

Ya know, I always wondered what casting office would be able to stake claim to “casting Dana Lyn Baron in her 1st role in primetime” (I know I keep repeating that word.  So sue me…I LOVE saying it!).  A HUGE thanks to APRIL WEBSTER & ASSOCIATES, and specifically SCOTT DAVID & ERICA SILVERMAN.

From the audition to the table read to shooting — the Criminal Minds cast & crew was just awesome!  So welcoming & supportive.

My only wish is that it didn’t all go by so fast.

‘Til the next adventure…

And I am in it!!

At least I hope I’m still in it.  Ha!

Watch for me when General Patton (Kelsey Grammar) takes documentarian Michael Malone (Kevin Farley) into American History Past. (hmm…redundant?)

I’m leading a student protest at Columbia University in 1940.

It was a hoot shooting on the steps of Royce Hall at my alma mater, UCLA!

And I hope there are many more David Zucker films in my future.

Til more news arrives…
